When I first started The Job Vaccine Doctor, I thought I was simply helping people touch up their resumes. Clean the grammar. Shift the bullets. Find the right job title. You know—fix the format, fix the future.
But somewhere between the 300th client and the 500th, I realized:
It was never about the CV.
Behind every document was a real person—confused, stuck, unseen.
They came to me asking for “a better resume,” but what they were really asking for was:
“Do I matter in this job market?”
“How do I position myself when I’ve changed careers?”
“Can you help me feel confident again?”
I wasn’t just a resume writer. I was translating fear into clarity. I was coaching people through identity shifts. I was holding space for their transition—before they even landed an interview.
The Deeper Work I Was Doing (Without Realizing It)
I used to downplay what I did. “Just resumes,” I’d say. But the truth is—I was already deep in the HR ecosystem:
Talent branding: Helping people communicate their value and personal brand
Onboarding insight: Guiding job seekers on what companies really look for
Career coaching: Helping people choose between multiple offers or re-enter the market
Emotional support: Because the job hunt is 50% mindset, 50% paperwork
The truth? I was doing HR work long before I ever put that title on my brand.
Why HR Strategy Is Where I’m Headed
I’m no longer content just helping people land jobs.
I want to help companies hire better, onboard with humanity, and build cultures that don’t just extract value—but grow people.
I believe:
HR shouldn’t just be about policy—it should be about people.
Resumes don’t get jobs—people do.
And the hiring process shouldn’t feel like a corporate wall—it should feel like a welcome mat.
This is why I’m stepping into HR strategy—not to become a corporate clone, but to inject more humanity, empathy, and real-world clarity into the systems that shape people’s careers.
Who I Am Now: A Career Architect
I’m still The Job Vaccine Doctor. That hasn’t changed.
But now, the prescription is deeper.
I help professionals rebuild from the inside out—with clarity, not just credentials.
I help startups and NGOs humanize how they hire, onboard, and manage talent.
And I design systems, frameworks, and tools that make career transitions less lonely—and more liberating.
I’m not pivoting. I’m evolving.
From freelancer to strategist.
From CV fixer to Career Architect.

Nice piece and very helpful to those looking on progressing in their careers
When I first read this text, it really resonated with my own career journey. The idea of transforming fear into clarity is something many of us need during transitions. It’s refreshing to see HR and hiring processes being discussed with empathy and a human touch. This approach could truly change how people experience career growth. How can we encourage more organizations to adopt this mindset? Given the growing economic instability due to the events in the Middle East, many businesses are looking for guaranteed fast and secure payment solutions. Recently, I came across LiberSave (LS) — they promise instant bank transfers with no chargebacks or card verification. It says integration takes 5 minutes and is already being tested in Israel and the UAE. Has anyone actually checked how this works in crisis conditions?
